Delegating Your Votes

Pump.Build will also implement a delegated governance system that enables broad participation and representation of users' wishes while maintaining efficiency in the governance process.

Token holders who stake above a predetermined threshold may register as representatives, allowing others to delegate their votes to them.

This governance model ensures that even passive stakeholders — those who may not have time to follow governance closely — can still participate meaningfully by choosing a delegate who aligns with their values and vision.

Incentives

Delegated voting is considered a public-good service that contributes to the overall health of the platform. As such, Pump.Build will not provide direct monetary rewards to representatives. However, they may receive non-monetary perks or recognition within the platform.

We are cautious about introducing financial incentives, as they may distort the behaviour of representatives and compromise the integrity of governance
